I'm Aneesh Reddy Addula — a student at Penn State University studying Global & International Studies. Originally from Hyderabad, India, I've spent the last four years founding organizations, managing cross-country teams, and working on problems at the intersection of climate, policy, and business.

I founded ARforEarth at 16 and grew it to operate across 5 countries. I built Terra International MUN into a conference of 1,000+ delegates. I attended the UN ECOSOC Youth Forum in New York in 2026. I'm drawn to structured problem-solving, stakeholder alignment, and building systems that produce measurable outcomes.

How It All Started

I started my first business at 14 during the COVID-19 lockdown. With nothing but a laptop and curiosity, I launched Void Luxe — a dropshipping brand selling premium streetwear. It didn't change the world, but it taught me how businesses work, how people make decisions, and how to sell an idea.

Durgam Cheruvu — one of Hyderabad's most iconic lakes — was dying. Covered in plastic, choked by waste, ignored by most. I was 15. I had no funding, no team, no experience. I organized a cleanup anyway. Forty people showed up. Then more. Then more. That one cleanup became ARforEarth.

What I didn't expect was how hard it would be to build something that kept running without me. That challenge — turning a moment of action into a functioning organization — taught me more about operations, systems, and leadership than anything else I've done.

ARforEarth was recognized by the United Nations Environment Programme on World Environment Day 2024 and formally acknowledged by the Pennsylvania State Senate through Senator Patty Kim.

What I Built

Founded in 2021, ARforEarth is a youth-led climate organization I built from a single lake cleanup into a movement operating across 5 countries with 576 active volunteers. We've restored 4 urban lakes, removed 1047 kilograms of waste, run environmental education programs reaching 2,654 students, and partnered with corporates on sustainability initiatives.

I founded Terra International MUN to give students the same tools that changed my life — debate, diplomacy, and the ability to think critically about global problems.

Terra grew into one of the region's largest student-led Model United Nations conferences, bringing together 1,000+ delegates across 3 countries, managing a full secretariat, and coordinating logistics across international teams. It was recognized by K.T. Rama Rao, former Minister for IT & Industries, Telangana.

Beyond the Headlines

Before Penn State, I completed the IB Diploma at DRS International School, Hyderabad in 2024 and was awarded the Inspiring Excellence Award for outstanding leadership.

During school I also built Ninuet.com — a web development and SEO agency where I delivered 18+ client websites and ran 30+ SEO campaigns. It was my first experience running a service business end to end, managing client relationships, timelines, and deliverables. I wound it down when I left for university.

I served as President of the Rotary Interact Club and was selected for the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) — both focused on structured leadership development and community accountability. I attended Money Expo Mumbai, India's largest financial event, gaining exposure to capital markets, investment strategy, and sustainable finance.

I hold certifications from UNITAR, UNDP, and UNEP in sustainable development, environmental governance, and global policy frameworks.

In March 2024, I was awarded Youngest Entrepreneur of the Year (Under 18) by the C Connects Global C-Suite Community Platform in Hyderabad — recognized for founding ventures that combine commercial thinking with measurable social impact.

The Global Stage

In April 2026, I attended the UN ECOSOC Youth Forum at United Nations Headquarters in New York — engaging with global policymakers, diplomats, and fellow young leaders on climate, sustainable development, and multilateral governance.

I met with Lok Bahadur Thapa, President of the UN Economic and Social Council, and participated in a youth forum on global governance and policymaking hosted by the Permanent Mission of Spain to the United Nations, New York.

Where I'm Headed

I'm currently in my sophomore year at Penn State University, studying Global & International Studies with a focus on policy, economics, and sustainability. My goal is to build the analytical and strategic foundation needed to work at the intersection of business and global development — whether in management consulting, international organizations, or policy.

The last four years taught me how to mobilize people, manage complex projects across countries, and navigate institutional environments. The next four are about adding rigor — structured problem solving, quantitative analysis, and the kind of strategic depth that turns good intentions into measurable outcomes.
